The mission of UC Insights is to illuminate the UC customer as well as to assist UC vendors in crystallizing their vision and optimizing their execution.

UC Insights is a consulting and analysis firm founded by a UC industry veteran who has been on the leading edge of the development of UC for over 10 years with each of the 3 industry leaders: Cisco (dynamicsoft), Avaya and Microsoft.
